TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- All tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, expired tickets are void & non-refundable.

2- No minimum or maximum stay from destination.

3- Baggage allowance is 25 KG. for Y class and 40 KG. for J class tickets, this includes adults and children 2-12 years old.

4- Baggage allowance for infants below two years old is 15 KG.

5- Hand baggage exceeding 6 KG. is not allowed in the cabin.

6- Excess baggage charges are $5. Excess baggage acceptance is not granted.

7- Reservation change permitted before 72 hours from departure, changes will be charged @ $50 for changes requested in less than 72 hours prior to departure.

8- Passengers to bear full responsibilities for validities of their travel documents, including

passports, entry visas, residents and any other travel documents.

9- Passports with category G & A are only valid for Iraqi citizens to enter Kuwait.

10-Passengers may refund unused tickets with refund fees of:

$50 for adults tickets

$40 for children

$20 for infants

This is not applicable after 6 months of issue

   11- Pregnant are not allowed to travel unless supported by medical report. 7 months pregnant are
               restricted to travel.
       12- 2 weeks old infants are not allowed to travel.
       13- children 12 years old or below are not allowed to travel alone unless accompanied by adults being
               fully responsible for them.
       14- passengers are required to be at the airport check-in counter will be closed 45 minutes before departure.
       15- In compliance to our observance for your convenience, we hereby seeking for your cooperation and to
              contact our company’s office or our Authorized Agents to confirm the return back flight’s time before 72
              hours minima; otherwise Al Naser Airlines will not be responsible of cancelling the reservation and losing
              the ticket’s value.
